  • Where are your products made and shipped from?

All Plot Wear t-shirts are proudly printed and shipped from the United States. This ensures top-notch quality and fast, reliable delivery for our book-loving community.

  • What materials are your t-shirts made from?

Our t-shirts are known for their softness, breathability, and durability—perfect for curling up with your favorite book. Here’s the breakdown:

Solid colors: Made from 100% ring-spun cotton for a lightweight, ultra-comfortable feel.

Heather colors: A cozy blend of 65% polyester and 35% ring-spun cotton, offering a subtle textured look.

Sport Grey: A sturdy mix of 90% cotton and 10% polyester for added durability.

All our t-shirts are pre-shrunk to ensure they stay as soft and reliable as your most cherished novel, even after countless reads (and washes)!

  • How do I care for my t-shirt?

To keep your Plot Wear tee looking as vibrant as the stories you love:
✔ Machine wash cold, inside-out to protect the design.
✔ Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.
✔ Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the print.

With a little TLC, your t-shirt will stay as timeless as a classic novel!

  • Why does my shirt feel a bit stiff?

New t-shirts may feel slightly stiff due to the printing process, but don’t worry! After the first wash, your t-shirt will soften right up, just like a well-worn paperback.

  • What is Made-to-Order?

Every Plot Wear t-shirt is Made-to-Order (MTO), meaning we only print your shirt after you place your order. This approach helps us reduce waste, minimize excess inventory, and operate more sustainably.

  • Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Absolutely! We offer a 30-Day Plot Twist Guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, we’ll refund or replace it. Just email us at support@plotwear.co with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your item. Check our Refund Policy for more details.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Right now, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned for updates by joining our newsletter—you’ll be the first to know when we expand our shipping options.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Since each garment is made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. After that, shipping times are as follows:

Flat shipping rate of $4.89 applies to all US orders of 1 or 2 t-shirts — no matter the destination! As a bonus, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75!

Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive tracking information within 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@plotwear.co
